Are you/Will you:
- Willing to attend regular training that is offered?
- Attend regular planning meeting for the Children and Young People in your care?
- Support and encourage Children and Young People having meaningful contact with their birth families and significant others?
- Willing to assist the Child or Young Person in your care to access Medical Services?
- Foster Carers must provide children with their own bedroom. This includes when you have guests at the house. Do you have a spare bedroom?
- Willing to work in a collaboratively way with Woomera Aboriginal Corporation to ensure the needs of the Child or Young person/s are met?
