The Case Manager assigned to the children and young people in your care are dedicated to their well-being every step of the way. Case Managers assist with the children and young people by:
- Ensuring that they grow and thrive within their placements
- Creating a therapeutic relationship
- Case planning for a positive future
- Organising appointments and clinical services
- Driving them to appointments when required
